Day 1 (ish): stretch goals, Early Bird sketches, and what's with that project title?

1) The Volume 6 campaign is off to a solid start. I had the usual pre-launch jitters, especially with the new platform, but we were over 50% funded on Day 1.
Once the campaign is fully funded: BackerKit has a built-in interface for setting stretch goals! They're called Community Achievements, but, same deal.
Along with watching us approach the main "make a book in the first place" goal, you can keep an eye on our progress toward the "More Book" achievement here. Give it a like or a comment, even.
2) I...don't actually know if there are any Early Bird sketches left?
When it comes to backer info after a campaign, BackerKit has always run rings around Kickstarter. But they're still building the interface for running a campaign, and as of now, it doesn't give me as much to work with.
Sketches will be offered to the first 15 backers who pledged $50 or more. And I can only see a list of backers for each tier, not how much each individual backer pledged. Did any of y'all in, say, the paperback tier ($35) get enough add-ons to bring your pledge up to $50? I do not know yet.
It'll be clear in the backer data eventually, so don't worry, everyone who's earned a sketch will get one! I just might not be able to get a head start on them before the campaign ends, is all.
3) About that "Volume 6 is stuck in a..." project title.
Way back in 2006, Wired Magazine invited a bunch of acclaimed sci-fi, fantasy, and horror writers to come up with a 6-word story.
The whole set is worth reading, but there were 2 in particular on a theme that stuck with me.
Here's the one by Alan Moore (of Watchmen, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, and too many other comics to list):
Machine. Unexpectedly, I’d invented a time
And this one's from Darren Aronofsky and Ari Handel (of films like Black Swan and The Fountain):
whorl. Help! I'm caught in a time
You probably already noticed that the pledge tiers have shoutouts to other famous time-loop stories -- Deja Vu, Groundhog Day, Edge of Tomorrow, and Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Well, I couldn't resist throwing another in the title.
(Did you catch the reference without needing it explained? Drop a comment, let me know I'm not the only one who still thinks about these!)
